Ecclesiastes is an Old Testament book thought to be written by King Solomon, one of the wisest men who ever lived. This book is a realistic look at life, and what it looks like to chase after wealth, power, and/or fun without having God in our lives. The writer is wrestling with the reality of how fleeting life is and how empty it can feel without a deep relationship with God. It may not sound like an encouraging sermon series, but there is wisdom to be found in the pages of this book.
