Family Ministry Director

We are looking for a Family Ministry Director to help us launch our McMinnville campus! This role oversees all family ministries (6 weeks through 12th grade) and facilitates relational environments that clearly communicate the gospel message through weekday and weekend services. The Director, in this role, not only helps make children and families feel welcome and ministered to but also equips a community of volunteers and leaders to use their giftings and talents for the Glory of God. It’s perfect for someone who loves building relationships, equipping volunteers, and helping families feel welcomed and cared for.

Live Stream Director

Murfreesboro Campus | Murfreesboro, TN

We’re looking for a Live Stream Director to join our Production Team! This role helps create distraction-free worship experiences by leading and maintaining livestream and video production systems for weekend services, special events, and studio productions. It’s perfect for someone who’s passionate about technology, production excellence, and building teams that help people encounter Jesus. This person will oversee livestream production, maintain video systems and equipment, lead and develop volunteers, and collaborate with worship, creative, and production teams to create engaging and excellent experiences both in-person and online.
