Our mission in ECCO is to share the light, life, and love of Christ with the children and families we serve. We strive to form meaningful relationships with kids from 6 weeks old to 5th grade. We study God’s Word, pray, and praise our Creator together.

As your child grows in a Christ-centered community, we hope to equip them to build an authentic relationship with the Lord individually, as well as go out and model, lead, and share the Good News as salt and light.

We meet during all weekend services.

If you’ve never been to ECCO before, come early and meet our team!

Frequently Asked Questions

ECCO stands for Experience Community Children’s Outreach.

ECCO includes Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary aged children.

During service, there are various areas where children go depending on their age. (This may vary between campuses.) Children 6 weeks–2 years old will be cared for in our nursery. Kids 3–5 years old will go to classrooms in our preschool area. Students in kindergarten–5th grade will be in the elementary area. Once your child is checked in, ask a team member or volunteer to show you where to take them if you are unsure.

Depending on your child’s age, learning about God comes in many different forms. It may be shown to a child in the nursery through a loving embrace and gentle words like, “You are safe” and “Jesus loves you.” It may be little hearts belting out the lyrics of a worship song in a preschool classroom. It may be displayed in a 2nd grader sharing a powerful truth that impacted them during the lesson in small group. It may look like a kid in 5th grade sharing their Bible with another kid as they learn about David’s God-given courage. However it may look, kids in ECCO are being poured into with genuine love and truth.

Our curriculum comes from The Gospel Project. Each student who attends ECCO Kids starting at age 3 will go through the entire Bible three times before entering our middle school ministry.

Our check-in desk for new families is at the entrance to the ECCO wing. We have a check-in team that will greet you, walk you through the registration process, and guide you to your child’s class. You will also receive a family connection card so we can learn more about your family. Once the card is completed and submitted to our check-in team, your child/children may redeem the connection card for a prize!

Volunteers are screened before being allowed in classrooms and attend teacher training each year. We do not require teachers to have prior experience, just a love for Christ and kids. All volunteers have passed a background check and vetting process. For peace of mind, accountability, and safety, there are security cameras in every classroom and area where there are minors.

Drop off for ECCO Kids begins 20 minutes prior to each service time. Returning families can check in at any of our iPad stations.

Your child’s comfort and safety are top priorities for our team. Feel free to drop off late or pick your child up early, until you and they feel comfortable staying an entire service.

Our ECCO ministry is growing and we have many opportunities for you to get involved in serving with us. If you are an adult or high school student who has a heart for seeing kids take next steps in their faith, we ask that you prayerfully consider joining our ECCO Kids volunteer team. If the Lord is leading you to volunteer with ECCO Kids, please fill out the form linked below.

We post new lesson videos and downloadable prayer outlines each week so you can disciple your children in their relationship with Christ. You can check out our ECCO Kids resources by downloading The Experience Community App.
