The Experience Community Church
Welcome to the Shelbyville campus!
As part of The Experience’s network of churches, our mission is to make authentic followers of Jesus Christ. We do this through authentic worship, authentic community, and authentic community service.
The Experience is one church with multiple campuses. Which means our mission and vision are the same at every campus, yet each campus team is able to tailor aspects of their campus to their community.

Shelbyville snapshot
Our Shelbyville campus is located near downtown and is in an old Coca-Cola bottling factory! This campus launched in 2021 and is pastored by Jeremy Smith. When you arrive at this campus, you can park in the visitor parking near the building or across the street in the Bedford County Learning Academy’s parking lot. There are signs to mark available parking areas and a Parking Team to ensure you find a spot. Our Hospitality Team will meet you at the entrance. They will answer any questions you may have and direct you to coffee, the sanctuary, or the children’s area if you have kids to check in.
At this campus, we have ECCO Kids during all Sunday services for ages 6 weeks to 5th grade. We also have EON for middle school students during all Sunday services. To learn more about these ministries, visit their individual pages!
If you plan to visit our Shelbyville campus, we encourage you to arrive early to park, grab some coffee or tea, and talk with others before service. Life Groups
Life Groups are an important aspect of our church. We believe everyone belongs in authentic community with others to walk through life and the Christian journey with. Our Life Groups are for anyone at any stage of life; we can all learn from each other. We encourage you to get connected by filling out the form below.
