YOUR CHURCH
All over Middle Tennessee, in various homes throughout Murfreesboro, Cannon County, Shelbyville, and Tullahoma, men and women gather with the purpose of drawing closer to God and having authentic community with other Believers. These Life Group meetings consist of prayer time, Bible study, and sharing their lives with each other. Life Groups are the best way for ECC congregants to find a community that feels like home and strives to push them to be more authentic followers of Jesus. Being part of a small, tight-knit group of like-minded Believers who allow us to be vulnerable, help us grow, and do life together like this is integral to a healthy Christian walk.
The men and women who open their houses to welcome the groups in are an essential part of this ministry, as are the men and women who step up to facilitate the groups by co-leading and leading. Leaders in these groups primarily facilitate the discussions and keep the ball rolling, rather than teach a lesson themselves.
If you feel led to help provide a space for Life Groups, help organize groups, or facilitate biblical discussions, being a Life Group leader or co-leader would be an awesome role for you to serve within ECC!
