Leadership is inherent in all our work. Whether we have a corporate job, work in a restaurant, or are parents, someone is looking to us for guidance or direction. If you want to develop and grow as a leader, our Leadership Development course is a great tool for you.
This is an 10-week study that goes through various leadership books taught by ECC team members. Our goal is to equip you with the tools to be a Christ-honoring leader in your workplace and community.
