Leadership Development is a 10-week course that teaches Christian leadership skills and how to apply them at work. Space is limited, but anyone is welcome to apply—whether you are a CEO or a stay-at-home mom.
The course will meet weekly on Tuesdays from 6:30–8:00 pm, from February 24th through May 5th, at the Murfreesboro Campus. During the course, you will read the following books:
- Great by Choice, by Jim Collins
- The Ideal Team Player, by Patrick Lencioni
- The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, by Patrick Lencioni
- The Dichotomy of Leadership, by Jock Willink and Leif Babin
- An Authentic Experience, by Corey Trimble
