YOUR CHURCH
If you are looking for an exciting and fun place to serve the church, ECCO is the answer! From teaching lesson plans to dancing along to worship songs to simply monitoring the check-in desk, there is a place for you to serve with us. We don’t require any prior experience, just a willing heart and a love for kids! All volunteers are screened before being allowed in the children’s area and there is an observation period for all volunteers to try different roles to find their place in ECCO!
ECCO Nursery
In the Nursery, we aim to create a safe and fun environment for babies from 6 weeks to 36 months (as well as their parents) to grow in God’s love. We know that dropping off young ones can be stressful for both kids and parents, so we are here to help the transition in whatever way possible. Parents are welcome to accompany their kids in the nursery for a few weeks or you can drop them off and run–we are here to help however we can! Our awesome volunteers are screened before being allowed in a classroom, so you know they are in safe hands. Only women can change diapers and supervise potty visits, just for parents’ ease of mind. When our babies transition from the “crawlers” room to the “walkers” room, we begin listening to upbeat music and offering a snack.

ECCO Preschool
In ECCO Preschool we serve children ages three through five (who have not yet entered into Kindergarten) by providing a safe and welcoming space for each child to grow their relationship with Jesus. As a teacher, you will do this through weekly lessons, worship, small group time, and prayer.

ECCO Elementary
In ECCO Elementary we strive to form meaningful Christ-centered relationships with kids ages Kindergarten to 5th grade. Our mission is to guide kids to the light of Christ through love. We focus on teaching the gospel, praying, and worshiping God together. The Gospel Project curriculum takes our kids through the entire Bible chronologically over a three-year cycle. This means that each student who attends ECCO will go through the entire Bible three times before graduating to our middle school ministry! While here, kids get to engage with the Bible through small group time, prayer, song, dance, and a short video! Volunteers are screened before being allowed in classrooms and attend teacher training each year. We do not require teachers to have experience, just a love for Christ and kids!
