Family Ministry Director

McMinnville Campus | McMinnville, TN
(Position starts July 2026)

We are looking for a Family Ministry Director to help us launch our McMinnville campus! This role oversees all family ministries (6 weeks through 12th grade) and facilitates relational environments that clearly communicate the gospel message through weekday and weekend services. The Director, in this role, not only helps make children and families feel welcome and ministered to but also equips a community of volunteers and leaders to use their giftings and talents for the Glory of God. It’s perfect for someone who loves building relationships, equipping volunteers, and helping families feel welcomed and cared for.

Facilities Manager

ECC Network | Murfreesboro, TN

We’re looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Operations team! This role oversees the maintenance, safety, and overall integrity of our campuses, helping create clean, distraction-free environments where people can worship and grow. It’s perfect for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about stewardship, leadership, and operational excellence. This person will coordinate building maintenance and construction projects, manage vendors, oversee preventive maintenance, and support campus events while fostering strong relationships with team members and volunteers.

Receptionist

Murfreesboro Campus | Murfreesboro, TN

We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Murfreesboro team! This role serves as the first point of contact for many people at ECC, creating a welcoming and professional environment that reflects Christ’s love in every interaction. It’s perfect for someone who’s organized, friendly, and enjoys serving others through administrative support. This person will greet guests, answer and route phone calls, manage scheduling and emails, assist with benevolence requests, maintain front desk organization, and support staff with various administrative tasks.

Employment Requirements
All applicants must be consistently attending ECC for at least two years, have completed Next Class and Following Jesus Class, served in a ministry for a minimum of six months, and consistently tithe. These expectations help ensure each team member is aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Experience Community Church.
